If you’re a skin health professional and want to carry Omni Bioceutical medical grade skincare products, you may become a wholesaler and purchase products at https://www.omnibioinnovations.com/wholesale-registration/

Omni Bioceutical medical grade skincare accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards with US billing addresses. Omni Bioceutical medical grade skincare also accepts paypal.  You will be prompted to enter payment information at the last step of checkout. Credit card information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.

Omni Bioceutical medical grade skincare authorizes your credit card at the time the order is placed. Your credit card is charged at the time your order actually ships.

All orders shipped from https://www.omnibioinnovations.com/ will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.

Shipping and Returns

We ship all orders via FedEx. Due to the nature of and ingredients of our products, they must be sent with either a two or three day delivery time. FedEx does not allow shipments to any P.O. boxes, so please make sure to make arrangements for another desired delivery address if this is the case.

At this time, omnibioinnovations.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or to international addresses.

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday except holidays. In this case, orders will be shipped the next open business day.

Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, or you believe that a product is causing an undesirable reaction, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of the purchase date for the steps to receive a refund.

To return product(s) please call our customer service team 1-888-578-3335 or email info@omnibioinnovations.com. Any returns received without a return authorization will be unable to be processed.

 

Please note, refunds will exclude any and all original shipping and handling charges, as well as any costs incurred for return shipping. Refunds will be made only to the original credit card used to purchase the returned product.

Omni Bioceutical medical grade skincare products does not test any of its products or any of its ingredients on animals, anywhere in the world nor does Omni Bioceutical delegate this task to others.

All products within The Ordinary are certified vegan by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

We recommend storing Omni products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

While each ingredient has been tested and is considered safe for topical application, Omni Bioceutical products have not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding people. When pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended to avoid any skincare products containing retinoids such as formulations with Granactive Retinoid or Retinol.

Always ask your physician for the appropriate products to use after a procedure since the regimen may differ depending on the type of procedure received. We have several post procedure skin care kits and products to aid in recovery time.
