With a son who is autistic, Jane intimately understands the challenges faced by individuals on the autism spectrum, especially as they navigate the transition into adulthood and the workforce. With 1 in 58 people diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder, Omni’s commitment to empowerment is more crucial than ever. Through tailored training programs and inclusive employment opportunities, Omni provides a supportive environment where individuals with autism can thrive and contribute their talents.

Omni partners with organizations to employ young adults with Autism. Jane has dedicated countless hours and personally donated over $100,000 to leading organizations in the field of autism, including the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center and First Place Arizona.
